Paavola Campus

Paavola campus area The Paavola Campus area in the City of Lahti is the largest municipal project in the municipality’s history. The campus area will provide education for approximately 2,500 children and young people, consisting of preschool, compulsory and upper secondary schools and adult education. The buildings have undergone extensive renovation and new construction has also been carried out on the campus area. The projects were completed in stages between 2021–2023. The project comprises a total of just over 30,000 square meters of leasable area. The City of Lahti is tenant and has signed 20-year leases for all areas. The final sub-project was completed in the third quarter of 2023.
