Accessible and safe care facilities Health care premises accounted for 15 per cent of Hemsö’s total property value at year-end. We develop and manage our health care properties with a focus on the activities carried out on the premises. The buildings must be accessible and safe, which benefits both care recipients and staff. The premises house many different operations within medical and health care, including hospitals, health centers, local hospitals, dental care, pharmacies and LSS accommodation.

Our project
Hemsö continuously develops premises and properties for public services with a focus on sustainability. Renovations and extensions are continuously carried out in Hemsö's existing portfolio to meet the ongoing needs of tenants. Older, outdated properties are converted to modern premises for new purposes. Hemsö conducts project development entirely in-house, but also in collaboration with partner companies. We enter development projects as an active partner together with the tenant and construction contractor.
